As the year draws to a close, it feels like the right moment to pause – not to declare victory, but to reflect on what’s been built, learned and shared over the last twelve months.

2025 has been one of those years where momentum quietly compounds. Not everything was loud. Not everything was public. But everything mattered.

We launched our first State of Agency Survey in partnership with Cowgills – designed to give founders and agency leaders clearer, more practical insight into what’s really happening inside their businesses. 

We published our first book, The Exit Blueprint – something that had been living in notes, frameworks and boardroom conversations for years. Turning lived experience into a tangible guide was a milestone that mattered – and the response from founders, MDs and investors showed it’s already making a difference.

On the speaking front, taking the stage at Agency Hackers Ibiza to demystify private equity was a real highlight. Honest conversations about PE, without hype or fear, are long overdue in our industry, and it was energising to see how openly people engaged with the reality behind the deals.

Perhaps the most defining moment of the year was supporting and completing the sale of Saulderson Media, following 3× revenue growth. It was a powerful reminder that exits aren’t events – they’re outcomes of years of deliberate operational, commercial and leadership decisions.

Behind the scenes, the business continued to evolve. We welcomed two new team members, launched five new services, and completed one acquisition, all while staying focused on driving enterprise value for our clients across agency, SaaS and B2B service businesses.

None of this happens in isolation.

So a genuine thank you to our clients for trusting us with big decisions, to our partners for challenging and sharpening our thinking and to our team for the care, rigour and pride they bring to the work every day.

As we head into 2026, the focus is clear: deeper impact, sharper execution, and continuing to raise the bar for the founders and leadership teams we work with.
