Our consultants, led by managing partner Simon Penson, all have significant exit stories to tell with Simon himself having exited two different digital businesses over the last 15 years. The first was one of the first affiliate content groups and the second a 280 person agency in a deal worth north of £35m.
Alongside that Simon also helped to build one of the UK’s foremost VC Funds and has invested in and supported more than 100 B2B SaaS and tech-enabled service businesses and now he works as an advisor, consultant and NxD for several B2B businesses.
He now supports several PE houses and VC funds with commercial due diligence and existing portfolio growth support.
