The Scaled Agency Board

Join Steve Mallon, Scaled’s Growth & Leadership Partner, for a confidential board built for agencies in early phases of scaling, or without a big team behind them.

Share your challenges. Get input from someone who’s built, bought and sold agencies. Connect and collaborate with peers solving the same challenges at the same stage as you.

Meet Your Host: Steve Mallon

Steve has spent 20+ years building, selling and advising agencies and wider B2B service businesses. His resume includes scaling bigmouthmedia to a £24M revenue business before selling to Publicis Group and leading Digitas Media as Managing Director.

For the past decade, Steve has worked hands-on with agency leaders on growth and development of their business, helping founders and leadership teams to build the capabilities that drive growth and create enterprise value. He’s sat on every side of the table: operator, buyer, seller and advisor – so he knows which problems, challenges and opportunities need to be tackled and how to address them.

Scaled makes a
BIG difference…

We could talk all day about how we help agencies break through growth ceilings – but it’s best you hear it from the people we’ve already helped. Real-world case studies matter in B2B, after all.
