Our consultants, led by managing partner Simon Penson, all have significant exit stories to tell. Our approach varies based on the assignment and we are often asked to support wider acquisition or investment ‘DD’ from initial pipeline evaluation to in depth commercial or sales DD analysis. We can produce standalone sales and marketing DD reports, help support pipeline analysis and even produce culture and team reports. In short, we flex to the needs of the acquirer.
