Having launched in January 2022 from merging two former agencies, Ride Shotgun is one of the fastest growing brand activation and creative content agencies in the UK. 

Challenge

A combination of launching a new brand, a lack of engaged data, and historical sales and marketing teams not being joined up led to us needing to re-build sales and marketing teams and the overall strategy.

Solution

We started by developing a robust content strategy designed to engage existing contacts and generate short term opportunities, but also reach new audiences and build for the future. This plan utilised existing owned assets, but also introduced new channels across earned, paid and a CRM strategy and laddered up to support the business development teams with sales automation and personalised content. Finally, we ensured this was joined up across the business to best leverage the internal teams creative flair and content capabilities.
